Dimapur is one of the largest cities in Nagaland. It was the capital of the Dimasa Kachari Kingdom in the middle ages. You can go to Kohima which is located at 40 kms (2hrs 15min) drive from Dimapur. You can visit the Science Centre, Kachari Ruins, Green Park and Nagaland Zoological Park. After visiting all these places and enjoying the sightseeing at Dimapur return for an overnight stay.

Kohima is the hilly capital city and the second largest city in the state. Kohima is the land of the Angami Naga tribe located in the foothills of Japfu range. You can visit the Catholic Church, Naga Heritage Village, Kohima War Cemetery, Nagaland States Museum etc. After enjoying the sightseeing at Kohima return to the hotel for the night.

Tuophema is just 50 km drive from Kohima. Touphema is a tourist village built in collaboration with the Nagaland tourism department. Here you get to stay in traditional Naga huts and enjoy the typical Naga way of life. This village has a community kitchen for the guests and they serve some really delectable traditional Naga dishes for the guests with traditionally brewed rice beer. enjoy the panoramic views from the village as you take casual walks along the lanes of this magnificent village.

Khonoma is a picturesque village situated 20km from the capital Kohima. You can enjoy the view of dense forests, beautiful waterfalls and majestic mountains. The village is famous for its conservational ventures and has a good connectivity with the outside world. You can visit the paddy terraces where 20 types of rice are grown. By preserving a large part of community forests, the village has a set a good example. After enjoying the sightseeing at Khonoma return back for an overnight stay at Khonoma.

You should surely visit the white pillar in the village which commemorates names of those warriors who died in Khonoma battle against the British and the names of the warrior are Major C.R Rock, Lieutenant H.H, Nurbir Sai, and G.H Damant.
