The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC)recently launched the Monsoon Trekking program to boost tourism in hinterland areas.

While addressing the launch event at Tambdi Surla in South Goa, GTDC Chairman and Sanvordem MLA Dr. Ganesh Gaonkar added that this move will help increase the economy of the region and will further help to generate employment for locals.
